At PetFoodMalta.com we aim to offer you a Fast, Easy and Convenient service! We strongly believe that an efficient and customer-centered delivery service is necessary to provide such a service.
Our delivery service is organise in-house. We carry out all deliveries ourselves and never subcontract third parties. We do this in order to provide you with the best level of service possible.
We deliver all over Malta on a daily basis. Currently we do not cover Gozo but plan to do so in the near future.
We guarantee to deliver all orders within 2 working days!
Key points re delivery:
- Free delivery on All Orders over 50€ anywhere in Malta!
- Orders placed on Mon – Fri will start to be processed immediately and delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will start to be processed on the following first working day and delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders placed on Public Holidays will start to be processed on the following first working day and delivered within 2 working days.
- In case of Sold Out items we will contact you immediately to see how best to go about your order. The options are to:
- Amend – Amend your order or remove the out of stock items so we start processing your order immediately.
- Process & Pre- Hold – Process your order and deliver the items which are in stock and pre-hold the out of stock items which will be delivered ASAP at no additional delivery costs.
- Hold & Pre-Hold – Hold the items which are in stock and pre-hold the out of stock items. The whole order will be delivered ASAP.
- When checking out please indicate your preferred delivery date & time and we will try our utmost to honour it. We will contact you should there be any logistic constraints that may cause any changes.
- Free Delivery on all orders over 50€ anywhere in Malta
- Orders between 25€ and 50€ are charged a 2.50€ delivery fee anywhere in Malta.
- Orders below 25€ are charged a 4€ delivery fee anywhere in Malta.
- Benefit from a Discount when delivering at work. Use coupon WORK on checkout. (Does not apply if working from home)
Returns are accepted only if:
- The items are still sealed and in their original packaging.
- They are in a good state and can be resold.
- It has not been more than 4 days since delivery.
When you return items you can:
- Receive a refund – We can issue a refund either in cash or a reversal through any other payment method you used when ordering.
- Swap the items – We give you the possibility that you swap the items for something else.
- Swap & Refund – You can swap any items and the remaining balance refunded.
